Dr. Edna Ekuban-Gordon, Martinsville Henry County Coalition for Health and Wellness

Edna Ekuban-Gordon, M.D., practices in the rural area of Martinsville, Virginia. With a population of just over 12,000, many of her patients travel an hour or more to see her, lack health insurance, food, transportation, running water and electricity. Listen as she talks about the challenges, successes – and everything in between – while addressing the health needs of the members of her small-town community.
