Tracy Douglas serves as Chief Executive Officer for Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VCHA), a non-profit membership organization that serves as the primary care association for Virginia’s community health centers and look-alike health centers. At VCHA, she is responsible for the overall operation, management, program development and fiscal control of the Association. She serves as an agent of the Association and acts as an advocate for the Association’s members with federal, state, and local policy makers to assure that members have the resources they require to improve access to primary care for the underserved in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
